Last updated: . This Return Policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for workspace ergonomics analysis products purchased from Highsuccessful through https://highsuccessful.world/ or via direct invoice.
1. Nature of Products
Our products are professional services delivering assessments, reports, and coaching rather than physical goods. Once a live session occurs or a personalized report is delivered, the service is considered consumed for refund purposes except as stated below.
2. Cancellation Before Session
You may cancel for a full refund if we receive written notice at admin@highsuccessful.world at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive a fifty percent credit toward a future package within ninety days or a partial refund at our discretion based on preparatory work completed.
3. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted when requested at least twenty-four hours in advance. Additional reschedules within seven days of the appointment may incur a thirty dollar administrative fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the session fee.
4. Essential Desk Scan ($149)
Full refund available if cancelled before the remote session. If the session is completed and the PDF summary is sent, refunds are limited to cases where deliverables materially fail to include promised sections; contact us within seven days with specifics.
5. Complete Posture Analysis ($289)
Cancellations before the ninety-minute session follow Section 2. After delivery of annotated photos and checklist, refunds are not available except for documented service failure. The thirty-day follow-up message support is a courtesy and not grounds for refund if unused.
6. Team Hybrid Office Audit ($749)
Corporate clients may cancel up to five business days before the first scheduled visit for an eighty percent refund to cover planning costs. Partial completion refunds are prorated based on workstations reviewed versus the contracted maximum of eight.
7. Package Upgrade Credit
If you purchased Essential Desk Scan and upgrade to Complete Posture Analysis within fourteen days, the Essential fee applies as credit toward the higher package price when the Complete session has not yet occurred.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in refusal of future bookings.
9. Force Majeure
If events beyond reasonable control prevent delivery, we will offer rescheduling or refund at your choice. This includes severe weather affecting on-site visits in the Henderson region or widespread technical outages.
10. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@highsuccessful.world with your name, order date, package name, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank posting times vary.
